We are a group of Family Physicians providing full comprehensive family medicine in the Comox Valley.  Our entire team is  dedicated to providing compassionate care.  

 

We are living in unprecedented times.  Understandably, frustration and concerns over the future have escalated for all of us.  So have the demands to deliver care to our patients.  

 

Unfortunately we notice that sometimes frustration and uncertainty may cause inappropriate communication with our staff.  We therefore kindly remind our patients to remain cognisant of our office agreement to each other to uphold a harmonious and courteous environment for patients and staff.  We do appreciate everyone’s efforts to contribute to an atmosphere of patience, mutual respect and kindness.

We uphold a zero tolerance policy for any abusive behaviour.
